What happens if I cancel?
Your agents keep running on your own GitHub, Vercel, and Supabase. We sever our access, hand back the keys, and step out of the way. You lose the maintenance, you keep the asset. We are the only AI company that designs for graceful churn instead of catastrophic churn.
Does my candidate data ever touch Prism's servers?
No. The agents deploy to your own infrastructure (your Vercel project, your Supabase database, your GitHub repo). Resumes, candidate notes, conversation transcripts, all of it lives in your accounts under your encryption. Prism orchestrates; you own.
Can I customize the agent prompts?
Yes, and you should. Each template is a starting point. The visual editor at /agents/[slug]/edit lets you rewrite the prompt, change the trust mode, adjust the schedule, and add eval cases. Custom prompts for your specific hiring style is the Pro Build session's main deliverable.
Three agents on Plus feels tight. What do I do if I want more?
Fleet ($299 a month) gives you ten agents. You start on Plus and upgrade in-app the moment you hit the ceiling. No re-onboarding, your existing agents migrate forward. Plus is the right starting point for most solo recruiters because the daily loop usually only has three or four active stages at a time.
Do you integrate with my ATS?
Today the agents work standalone (your inbox, calendar, browser). Greenhouse / Ashby / Lever / Workable ATS integrations are on the roadmap, the Pipeline Status Reporter template is held back specifically until they ship.
